Pop star Madonna set to adopt a Malawi child. She would signing adoption papers today, which will allow her to adopt a second child from the African nation, said a BBC report. Before this, Madonna had adopted a son, David Banda, 3, in 2006. In the mean time the 50-year-old singer has arrived to Malawi and was accompanied by her oldest offspring, Lourdes Leon, 12.
