Actress Joely Fisher and her husband recently welcomed a baby girl to their family, adopting newborn daughter Olivia Luna from their home state of California. Now Joely is encouraging other parents to consider domestic adoption rather than going the international route. “I’ve had many friends go into China, Africa or wherever [to adopt].
